Menu changes frequently enough that regulars order the bartender's choice rather than risk attachment to something that might disappear.

The rooftop is Tampa's best evening perch — downtown skyline close enough to admire, far enough to frame, salt-and-river scent of the Hillsborough. Acoustic and jazz on the rooftop at conversation volume — a distinction separating this from Ybor City bars where music exists to replace thought.

Weeknight is the move. Tuesday with a cocktail, downtown lights, no crowd. The most civilized thing Tampa offers after dark.
